Meet Dr. Heather Jenkins
The Professional Side
Dr. Heather was born in rural southern Missouri where she enjoyed spending time outdoors and canoeing the Jacks Fork River. Did you know that prior to college she worked for Nickelodeon? Another cool fact, she has been to all fifty states! After college and dental school at The University of Missouri-Kansas City, she practiced general dentistry in Albuquerque where she found a love for working with children. This took her back to Missouri where she completed pediatric dental residency. Following residency, she has worked in private practice and taught pediatric dental residents at The Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
The Personal Side
In her spare time, Dr. Heather enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cycling, volunteering at the Humane Society, pretty much anything that involves the great outdoors, oh and watching people get a bucket of slime dumped on them.
